MONTARA processes personal data in the EU and is designed around data minimisation and purpose limitation. We collect what we need to answer your enquiry, arrange viewings and coordinate a purchase — nothing more.

Enquiry data submitted through this site is stored to allow us to respond and to keep a record of the transaction. The MONTARA assistant only stores a conversation when you explicitly opt in, and you can withdraw that consent at any time.

We do not sell personal data. When you enquire about a listing, we pass your enquiry, your contact details and the preferences you have given us to the agency representing that property, so that they and MONTARA can answer you and arrange a viewing. That is the only routine sharing we do.

You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Contact properties@montara.cc and we will respond within the statutory period.

This is a summary. A full privacy notice, including the identity of the controller, retention periods and lawful bases, is being finalised with legal counsel before public launch.
